Tranquil IT
Tranquil IT Systems SAS (hereinafter referred to as “Tranquil IT”), undertakes to process your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (RGPD) and Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, relating to information technology, files and freedoms (“Informatique et Libertés” law), which define the conditions under which personal data processing may be implemented.

Data recipients
The data collected on the site is intended for Tranquil IT and its subcontractors for the provision of certain services (newsletter, webinars, etc.). If we assess a need for training or certain WAPT services, we will forward your information to our subsidiary Comitari.
Data storage
Data collected on the site is stored in France, either on our public servers hosted at Scaleway in the DC2 datacenter, 29 Rue Edith Cavell, 94400 Vitry-sur-Seine, or on our servers at our Saint Sébastien Sur Loire premises.
Rights regarding the use of personal data
